We need a Personal Assistant to help with administrative tasks and support our various projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from start to finish, including liaising with clients and contractors.
Keep accurate records and help with budgeting using spreadsheets.
Conduct internet research on relevant topics.
Manage communications, occasionally appointments.
Assist with property research, inspections, and documentation.
Assist with building department communications and requirements.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, AutoCAD a HUGE plus Strong math skills and ability to use spreadsheets.
Resourceful with internet research abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
