QUALIFICATIONS 1.
High school diploma, or HSE with two years of similar experience, or 2.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills 3.
Demonstrated ability to function within a Windows based computer program 4.
Ability to multitask 5.
Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating by telephone and in person with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population Location:
